Terms of ServiceReturns/Refunds:
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt for a RMA number.
All return item that are tested to be faulty will be replaced with a 1 to 1 exchange.
We will not be responsible for the delivery or insurance charges incurred in returning item back to us.
All items returned that have been abused, modified or damaged in any form will not be entitled for exchange.
Buyer will have to pay for return shipping charges. Buyer must provide seller with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and RMA number.
All return must reach seller within 30 days from date of RMA request or the RMA will be cancelled.
All return product if found to be fully functional, the buyer
will have to pay for the return shipping.
Seller will not be responsible for any uninsured items that are lost or damage in the mail.
Items will be shipped within 48 hours after received a verified payment. Except on Holidays.
We would ship the items to buyers via Registered Air Mail Service with tracking number. Please contact us if you want to upgrade the shipping method to FedEx/DHL. Please leave your phone number during payment for FedEx/DHL shipping.
If your country is not listed do email us with your shipping address for quotation.
Item will be ship to the PayPal address indicated during payment. Please ensure your PayPal address is correct before you pay.
Seller reserves the rights not to ship to unconfirmed address or high risk countries. Payment will be refunded for unacceptable orders.
